During this arranged meeting we'll answer any questions you might have, fill out the paperwork relevant to the service you want, and, most importantly, meet your pets. The consultation usually takes 45-60 minutes. Please plan to give us two copies of your keys during our meeting (see House Keys) or we can pick up your keys at a later date for a $10.00 fee.
