Two (2) copies of your house keys are required. The second copy is kept in the office so that a second Gimme a Break! pet sitter can access your home in case the pet sitter with your key is delayed. All keys are coded so that only Gimme a Break! knows what key goes to what address.

Please plan to give us the keys at the time of the initial consultation. We charge a $10.00 fee to return to your home to pick up keys prior to the service date. Upon request, your keys are returned at no additional charge to you.

You may choose to participate in our Key Keeper program.

• Lockout Service. If you accidentally lock yourself out of your home, you can call us to let you back into your home ($20.00 fee).
• Note: For security, safety, and insurance purposes, we will not agree to hidden key arrangements such as under the door mat, in a fake rock, or anything similar.
